How It Works
- Employee Referrals: If you know someone who would be a perfect fit for our team, let us know! For every referral that leads to a successful hire, you'll receive a bonus of $500 after the new employee completes their first 90 days with us.
- Enrollment Referrals: We also value your help in bringing new families into our community. Refer a new family to Newbridge Academy, and if they enroll their child and remain with us for at least three months, you'll receive a discount of $200 off your next month’s tuition or a $200 gift card if you are not currently enrolling a child with us.
